Choose continuous 24/7 monitoring or scheduled coverage for agreed hours. The arrangement is provided through a specialist third-party monitoring service and is tailored to the site, operating hours and response required.
Operators can assess alerts using live or recorded video and follow the agreed response plan. Depending on the service selected and site eligibility, escalation can include nominated keyholders, police or a guarding response.
Monitoring is an ongoing service with a monthly charge. The available level of coverage, response routes and monthly price are confirmed in writing before the service is activated.
Lucidworx can coordinate the CCTV installation, system configuration and monitoring arrangement. Monitoring is subject to survey, connectivity, compatible equipment and the terms of the selected service.
